During the 12-month program, trainees will receive on-the-job training and participate in rotations between different business units, including Lending, NFT, Growth and APP, through which they will accept in-depth practical experience and build specialization in the areas most interested.
Through our structured and rigorous training curriculum, the Program will immerse GMTs in an accelerated learning environment combining job training, diverse projects, personalized mentoring as well as engagement with our management team to build their management skills.
Upon satisfactory completion of the 12-month program, it is expected that each GMT will choose a permanent position with a business unit in Matrixport.
Requirements

Fresh graduates in all disciplines, with less than 2 years of full-time working experience. Degree in computer science, statistics, marketing, engineering or art is preferred but not essential.

Highly committed, hardworking and consistently self-disciplined

Self-starter and able to adapt to ambiguous and high pressure situations

Passionate about blockchain technology, crypto, DeFi and NFT space

Strong critical thinking and communication skills

Excellent spoken and written English with strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
Fluent Mandarin is also preferable.

BIT NFT is one of the most dynamic and innovative new tracks in the blockchain industry. It is attracting unprecedented attention as well as capital. BIT NFT will explore new ways to allow users to participate in NFT and build communities and networks within its ecosystem. As part of the NFT project team, the Management Trainee will work with other members to explore user preferences, discover the latest NFT trends, design interactive elements attractive to the target user groups, manage NFT transactions, optimize the operation process, and analyze user data.
